In the proposal development stage are gathered all the eligible proposals that were initially submitted during the Idea collection phase. With proposals having already been through an eligibility check, People Powered members provided feedback through video calls, and comments and likes in the platform to improve them and define details.

People Powered staff and the Governance Committee then assembled the revised proposals in the ballot for the December vote, where voters decided which policies they wanted to implement and develop during 2022.
