Adopt a clearer agreement document that describes the roles, benefits, and commitments of People Powered members. Include information on individual and organizational membership, and on licensing and sharing of information.

Good idea!
Some minor additions to the Member Agreement:-
a. Member to report on progress of commitment or promotion of People Powered's mission.
b. Member can access to People Powered resources and can also contribute to development of any new resource or tools
c. Member to work openly and inclusively with other People Powered members; can form sub-regional initiatives that further People Powered's mission.
d. Use People Powered "membership" or logo for promotion/outreaches as well as can showcase in member's website for visibility
e. Ensuring that member's work embodies the principles of transparency, accountability and participation.
I agree with the idea of just having one agreement and think that the new version includes the main concerns addressed in a previous version of a research agreement. In line with the idea of having specific agreements before a research project starts, as we discussed in a meeting, perhaps we could use the last version of the research MoU as a basis for a template for specific agreements before a research project starts, specially the intro that addresses that the work should be ethical, symmetrical and transparent.

Participate in at least one work team for a People Powered project, initiative, or event each year, to contribute at a practical level to our collaborative work.
