Define standard practices for People Powered and its members to make our work inclusive and accessible for marginalized communities. This could include policies for communication, collaboration, decision-making, and procurement, to ensure that women, youth, disabled people, people who are not comfortable speaking English, and other marginalized people are able to participate more fully in People Powered. People Powered is already practicing many such policies, but this proposal would better articulate them in one place and assure implementation.
