From discussion with Alisa (Croatia) - maybe this could be focused to be more like a study visit: someone planning a PB process could visit another place doing a current PB process, etc. not just traveling to meet each other, but focused on embedding where a process is currently happening.
I agree with these, the exchange should be focused to the more productive, and may be combined the visit of an experience and workshops to exchange about the experiences.
