   Collect ideas

   Members, boards, and staff discuss 2023 spending and policies on video calls and submit proposals on the platform. Committees, regional hubs and regions are invited to meet to brainstorm ideas and develop ideas. Committees, work teams, and regional hubs meet to brainstorm ideas.

   Develop proposals

   People Powered member organizations, boards, and staff develop the ideas into project proposals.

   11/15/2021 - 11/30/2021

   Develop ballot

   People Powered's Governance Committee reviews the proposals and compiles them in a ballot.

   12/01/2021 - 12/07/2021

   Vote

   People Powered member organizations, boards, and staff vote on the proposals.

   12/12/2021 - 12/22/2021

   Finalize Budget

   People Powered's Board of Directors approves the final 2022 budget.

   01/01/2022 - 12/31/2022

   Implement Priorities

   People Powered's Governance Committee identifies next steps for implementing the proposals prioritized in the vote.
