2022 Budget
Decide what we do together
Online courses on well-known MOOCs portals
Create new and unique content or arrange existing content from PP University to well-known and overhyped free course sites (e.g. coursera, edx). This will allow us to reach outside the information bubble and bring more visibility to the network.
Cost estimate: $30,000-$50,000

@amandaluz could you give feedback in the comments on cost estimates for this proposal?
MOOCs as far as I know (or at least until recently) are focused in partnering with universities-- one of the reasons LMS are more appealing for non-profit organizations.
But I will look into that
Another alternative to this proposal is to use LMS (Learning Management Systems) for our courses. Cost can vary widely but a rough estimate would also be around $20,000 - $50,000/ annual (licensing plan, hosting fees, additional content)
Wondering if an alternative would be in this coming year to grow the work under PPU, and then, through 2022, explore partnerships or opportunities that would enable us to explore a MOOC with suggested platforms (EdX etc.) or other key universities?
