Decide how we work together
Gender mainstreaming
Accepted
Promote the gender perspective as a cross-cutting policy that defines the organization's actions. This implies, among other things, the search for parity in the integration of commissions; the incorporation of books and articles written by women; and the promotion of participatory budget projects with a gender perspective.

I think we need to be more intentional on gender and feminist approaches. Promoting gender as a cross cutting policy only scratches the surface and does not look in depth into issues that affect or influence excluded groups e.g. women. We need to go beyond inclusion in our resources, but using an approach that puts e.g. different groups of women at the front and center of our work
I agree with you, Carol. Gender approaches need to be more assertive than just a cross-cutting policy. We need to influence/promote feminists PBs around the globe, finding champions and supporting women to become champions on Participatory Democracy in the global south.
