Organize a series of workshops for members and by members to:

Learn about each other’s projects, methods, tools, and lessons learned, and to develop skills (learning and training).
Support each other and ideate together how to address challenges (think tank).
Celebrate work and wins in different regions (celebrations).

Expenses include staff time, interpretation, and potentially speaker/facilitator honoraria for four workshops.

Cost: $10,000
