   People Powered members propose and discuss new and developed policies through video calls and governance platform.

   10/30/2023 - 11/10/2023

   Ballot Development

   Staff and governance committee prepare the ballot including the proposals that meet the eligibility criteria.

   11/13/2023 - 11/24/2023

   Vote

   Members, boards, and staff vote on policy proposals.

   11/27/2023 - 12/20/2023

   Finalize goals & share results

   Staff prepare 2024 goals and budget based on vote priorities and board of directors approves 2024 budget. Staff announces results.

   01/01/2024 - 12/31/2024

   Policy development and implementation

   Staff determine next steps for the selected policy proposals and move forward implementation of approved policies, with members.
