   Members learn about the new strategic plan and discuss what actions should be prioritized for 2024 through calls and the governance platform.

   Ballot Development

   The Governance Committee and staff include on the ballot the different activities of the strategic plan.

   11/13/2023 - 11/24/2023

   Vote

   Members rate the activities of strategic plan to implement in 2024

   11/27/2023 - 12/20/2023

   Finalize goals & share results

   Staff integrates selected activities into 2024 goals and budget and board of directors approves 2024 budget. Staff announces results.

   01/01/2024 - 12/31/2024

   Implementation of activities

   Staff determines next steps for the defined activities and moves forward their implementation with members.
