Considering recent changes in the funders' landscape, I would prioritize staff retention over recruitment for the next year.
I would agree with Clara's comment. We are very lucky that the PP team is so skilled and knowledgeable, retention should be a focus.
I think we need to protect staff workloads and ensure they are supported to fulfil their roles without feeling overwhelmed with other areas of work requiring their attention.
El personal de PP hace un trabajo excelente, en lo profesional y lo humano. No había pensado previamente el punto de vista de Clara y Dan, pero ahora lo suscribo. La retención del staff me parece prioritario. Protegido eso, apoyo destinar dinero a la realización de tareas específicas por parte de miembros de PP.
