Create an exchange program in which People Powered members visit each other to learn about and contribute to innovative local work.

The program would be in collaboration with a new ‘’residencies’’ program that is part of the Demo-Reset project of Extituto de Política Abierta. The residencies aim to strengthen the ability of practitioners to carry out successful participatory and deliberative processes in unequal and polarized societies in the Global South.

Each “resident” practitioner selected would stay one month in the city where the process will take place, where they would visit local programs and engage in program meetings and workshops. They would also work one month before and after the initiative with other practitioners to design, create, and test a tool, such as a game, technology, or new participatory process.
